On July 1, 2014, SUPERVALU amended its Code of Business Conduct to modify certain provisions of SUPERVALU’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Harassment Policy. The modifications include a specific anti-retaliation provision and, due to changes in the law, SUPERVALU added a protected employee classification.
On December 12, 2013, SUPERVALU amended its Code of Business Conduct to modify certain provisions of SUPERVALU’s Gift & Entertainment Policy. The modifications relate to the treatment of business gifts, including business entertainment and promotional items, received from third party business partners, and include the addition of a requirement to report and seek approval of certain gifts and entertainment.
