|SUPERVALU Declares Quarterly Dividend|
|MINNEAPOLIS, Feb 06, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SUPERVALU INC. (NYSE:SVU) today announced that its board of directors,
consistent with its 70-year history of paying dividends, declared a
regular quarterly dividend of $0.1725 per share. The dividend is payable
on March 16, 2009 to stockholders of record as of the close of business
on March 2, 2009. As of February 6, 2009, there were approximately 211.8
million shares outstanding.
